There is a new addition to the cast of Grey’s Anatomy and it is the Bones actor Andrew Leeds who has landed himself a role on the show.
Andrew Leeds who is well known for his role as Christopher Pelant, a serial killer on Bones will be appearing in an important role on the medical drama for its ninth season.
Although further details about Leeds’ character in the show remains to be under wraps, it is learnt that he will continue to appear in the show throughout the ninth season. It is also reported that he will not play a doctor in the show.
The star has already made appearances in the episodes of Castle, The Mentalist and House. And he also had a role that he played in the CW’s midseason drama Cult.
In the new season of Grey’s Anatomy we are also to see the appearances of other stars like Adina Porter (True Blood), Gaius Charles (Friday Night Lights), Tina Majorino (Napoleon Dynamite) and Camilla Luddington (Californication).
Ellen Pompeo who plays Meredith Grey in the show has said that she often doesn’t accept the actions of her character and despite her disagreement with certain aspects of her scripts she remains to be a “professional”.
The ninth season of Grey’s Anatomy’s premieres on Thursday, September 27 at 9/8c on ABC.
