Justin Bruening actor of Ringer has been offered a recurring role in Grey’s Anatomy. The 33-year-old actor will play the role of a paramedic who meets a Seattle Grace medic on the CBS series.
In CW’s drama, Ringer (which had Sarah Michelle Gellar but even so enjoyed a very short stint on the small screen) he had portrayed Tyler. Apart from this he has done a lead role in the Knight Rider reboot from NBC in 2008.
Breuning began his activn career in 2003 with a role in the soap opera All My Children. His most recent assignment is on ABC Family’s Switched at Birth . He also took on the persona of Steve Trevor in the Wonder Woman pilot last year with Adrianne Palicki but unfortunately that was a flop too.
The first Grey’s Anatomy episode on which he can be caught will air in early 2013, when the popular series built around a group of young and randy medicos resumes for its Season 9.
Patrick Dempsey who plays a major role in Grey’s Anatomy recently stated that he would like the show to finally wind up on a “simple” note. “I hope [the end is] not something traumatic like another plane crash or somebody getting run over by a bus,” he has reportedly said. “I think [life will] sort of just go on.”
The final episode for 2012 of Grey’s Anatomy aired on CBS on December 13.
